Every detail of the hotel was exceptional, all the staff were attentive and amiable. Climate control, TV set and a microwave oven were available in my queen room. The location was marvellous - so close to the bars, Birmingham and many restaurants. It also was in the middle of jackson.

Yes, breakfast was fine. Would rather have coffee in a real cup, not styrofoam or paper.

The window shade was broken, and the room seemed quite dark. No milk or sugar for coffee.

I recently stayed at the Holiday Inn Express and had a fantastic experience. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. The breakfast display was impressive and the bathroom amenities were of high quality, making my showers enjoyable. The hotel also had a spacious desk, plenty of lights, and a good selection of TV channels. Additionally, the staff were extremely nice and went out of their way to accommodate me. I appreciated the tiny market they had with microwave meals for those times when I didn't feel like going out to eat.

We absolutely loved our stay at Holiday Inn Express Jasper and would definitely return in the future. The hotel was the perfect base for exploring Jasper, offering everything we needed. We especially appreciated the rooms with a heating system, small refrigerator, and ironing facilities.

Everything was awesome here! They had a cool flat-screen TV 📺 with lots of channels, plus handy stuff like a microwave and a fridge in my room. Just the right size, too!
